Valima Dress Code: Inspired By What Moves You
This isn’t your typical wedding dress code. Think of it more like a prompt.
We want you to show up wearing something that says something about you, inspired by something you love, something that shaped you, something that makes you feel seen. This day is about love, creativity, and shared storytelling in the way only outfits can tell it.
What does this look like?
Maybe it’s an outfit inspired by the fiery red of Wanda’s finale look in WandaVision, or the deep blue lehenga that Priyanka Chopra wore in Gallan Goodiyan. Perhaps it’s an outfit inspired by a song or artist you love to dance to — Missy Elliott’s metallic tracksuits, Britney Spears in full pop-star mode, or Shah Rukh Khan’s dramatic elegance in Suraj Hua Maddham. You can even show up in full-on costume! Pull up as a Star Wars squad (Leia buns, Jedi robes, the whole nine) or step out in Om Shanti Om-level glam complete with sequins, feathers, and vintage hungama. Or maybe it’s just a subtle nod — a Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge dupatta, a Barbie-pink outfit, or a puffy white shirt a la Bridgerton or Seinfeld. The possibilities are endless!
Group and Family Themes Encouraged!
Whether you’re coming as the Addams Family or doing a Stranger Things friend group, we love a coordinated crew. The more, the merrier.
What this isn’t:
This is not a black tie event. You don’t need to show up in a tux — unless you’re coming as James Bond.
This is not a judgment zone. We’re all here for the same reason. Be weird. Be elegant. Be hilarious. Be sentimental.
